관세법 시행령 제215조(종합보세사업장의 설치ㆍ운영신고 등)

①법 제198조제1항의 규정에 의한 종합보세사업장의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 신고의 절차에 관하여는 제188조의 규정을 준용한다. 다만, 관세청장은 종합보세구역의 규모ㆍ기능 등을 고려하여 첨부서류의 일부를 생략하는 등 설치ㆍ운영의 신고절차를 간이하게 할 수 있다.

②법 제198조제3항의 규정에 의하여 종합보세기능의 변경신고를 하고자 하는 자는 그 변경내용을 기재한 신고서를 세관장에게 제출하여야 한다.
