Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 192-8 (Composition and Operation of the Duty-Free Shop Permit Review Committee)

① 특허심사위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함하여 100명 이내의 위원으로 성별을 고려하여 구성한다. <개정 2017.11.28>

② 특허심사위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당되는 사람 중에서 관세청장이 제192조의3제2항에 따른 평가기준을 고려하여 관세청장이 정하는 분야(이하 "평가분야"라 한다)별로 위촉하고, 위원장은 위원 중에서 호선한다. <개정 2017.11.28>

④ 관세청장은 특허심사위원회의 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다. <개정 2017.11.28>

1. 심신장애로 인하여 직무를 수행할 수 없게 된 경우

2. 직무와 관련된 비위사실이 있는 경우

3. 직무태만, 품위손상이나 그 밖의 사유로 인하여 위원으로 적합하지 아니하다고 인정되는 경우
