관세법 시행령 제190조(업무내용 등의 변경)

①특허보세구역의 운영인이 그 장치물품의 종류를 변경하거나 그 특허작업의 종류 또는 작업의 원재료를 변경하고자 하는 때에는 그 사유를 기재한 신청서를 세관장에게 제출하여 그 승인을 얻어야 한다.

②특허보세구역의 운영인이 법인인 경우에 그 등기사항을 변경한 때에는 지체없이 그 요지를 세관장에게 통보하여야 한다.
