관세법 시행령 제191조(수용능력증감 등의 변경)

①특허보세구역의 운영인이 그 장치물품의 수용능력을 증감하거나 그 특허작업의 능력을 변경할 설치ㆍ운영시설의 증축, 수선 등의 공사를 하고자 하는 때에는 그 사유를 기재한 신청서에 공사내역서 및 관계도면을 첨부하여 세관장에게 제출하여 그 승인을 얻어야 한다. 다만, 특허받은 면적의 범위내에서 수용능력 또는 특허작업능력을 변경하는 경우에는 신고함으로써 승인을 얻은 것으로 본다. <개정 2001.12.31>
