관세법 시행령 제185조의5(징계의결의 통보 및 집행)

① 보세사징계위원회는 징계의 의결을 한 경우 의결서에 그 이유를 명시하여 즉시 세관장에게 통보해야 한다.

② 제1항의 통보를 받은 세관장은 해당 보세사에게 징계처분을 하고 징계의결서를 첨부하여 본인 및 제185조의3제3항제2호에 따른 법인에 통보해야 한다.
