관세법 시행령 제185조의4(보세사징계위원회의 운영)

① 보세사징계위원회의 위원장은 보세사징계위원회를 대표하고 보세사징계위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 보세사징계위원회는 제185조의2에 따른 징계의결의 요구를 받은 날부터 30일 이내에 이를 의결해야 한다.

③ 보세사징계위원회의 위원장은 보세사징계위원회의 회의를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다. 다만, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행하지 못하는 경우에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 위원장의 직무를 대행한다.

④ 보세사징계위원회의 위원장이 보세사징계위원회의 회의를 소집하려는 경우에는 회의 개최일 7일 전까지 각 위원과 해당 보세사에게 회의의 소집을 서면으로 통지해야 한다.

(4) When웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Bonded반디드 Goods구즈 Manager매너저 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 intends인텐즈 to투 convene컨^v빈 a어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Bonded반디드 Goods구즈 Manager매너저 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee,커미티 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 each이치 member멤버 and앤드 the^ð더 bonded반디드 goods구즈 manager매너저 concerned컨선드 of어^v브 the^ð더 convening컨^v비닝 of어^v브 the^ð더 meeting미팅 in인 writing^r라이팅 at앳 least리스트 seven세^v븐 days데이즈 before비^f포 the^ð더 meeting미팅 date.데잇

⑤ 보세사징계위원회의 회의는 위원장을 포함한 재적위원 3분의 2 이상의 출석으로 개의하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(5) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Bonded반디드 Goods구즈 Manager매너저 Disciplinary디서플러네^r리 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 at앳 least리스트 two투 thirds^θ써즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 decisions디시전즈 shall섈 be비 made메이드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑥ 보세사징계위원회는 징계사건의 심사를 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 징계혐의자 또는 관계인을 출석하게 하여 혐의내용에 대한 심문을 하거나 심사자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.

⑦ 보세사징계위원회의 회의에 출석한 공무원이 아닌 위원에 대해서는 예산의 범위에서 수당을 지급할 수 있다.

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 보세사징계위원회의 운영에 필요한 세부사항은 관세청장이 정할 수 있다.
