Enforcement Decree of the Customs Act, Article 162 (Declaration of Temporary Landing of Foreign Goods, etc.)

①법 제141조제1호의 규정에 의하여 외국물품을 일시적으로 육지에 내려 놓고자 하는 경우에는 다음 각호의 사항을 기재한 신고서를 세관장에게 제출하고 그 신고필증을 현장세관공무원에게 제시하여야 한다.
