공항시설관리권등록령 제54조(합병의 등록)

①갑 공항시설관리권을 을 공항시설관리권에 합병한 경우로서 합병의 등록을 하는 때에는 각 공항시설관리권의 등록용지중 표시란에 다음 각호의 구분에 따라 등록을 하여야 한다.

②제1항의 경우 을 공항시설관리권의 등록용지중 갑구 사항란에 갑 공항시설관리권의 등록용지로부터 공항시설관리권에 관한 등록을 이기하고, 그 등록이 갑 공항시설관리권이었던 부분만에 관한 것이라는 뜻과 합병등록의 신청서의 접수연월일 및 접수번호를 기재하고, 등록공무원이 날인하여야 한다.

③제1항의 경우 갑 공항시설관리권에 저당권에 관한 등록이 있는 때에는 을 공항시설관리권의 등록용지중 을구 사항란에 저당권에 관한 등록을 이기하고, 갑 공항시설관리권이었던 부분만이 그 권리의 목적이 된다는 뜻과 신청서의 접수연월일 및 접수번호를 기재한 후 등록공무원이 날인하여야 한다.

④제51조제5항의 규정은 제2항의 경우에, 제53조제4항의 규정은 제2항 및 제3항의 경우에 이를 준용한다.
