공중위생관리법 제11조의4(같은 종류의 영업 금지)

① 제5조, 「성매매알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률」ㆍ「아동ㆍ청소년의 성보호에 관한 법률」ㆍ「풍속영업의 규제에 관한 법률」 또는 「청소년 보호법」(이하 이 조에서 "「성매매알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률」 등"이라 한다)을 위반하여 제11조제1항의 폐쇄명령을 받은 자(법인인 경우에는 그 대표자를 포함한다. 이하 제2항에서 같다)는 그 폐쇄명령을 받은 후 2년이 경과하지 아니한 때에는 같은 종류의 영업을 할 수 없다. <개정 2011.9.15, 2017.12.12, 2018.12.11>

② 「성매매알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률」 등 외의 법률을 위반하여 제11조제1항의 폐쇄명령을 받은 자는 그 폐쇄명령을 받은 후 1년이 경과하지 아니한 때에는 같은 종류의 영업을 할 수 없다.

③ 「성매매알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률」 등의 위반으로 제11조제1항에 따른 폐쇄명령이 있은 후 1년이 경과하지 아니한 때에는 누구든지 그 폐쇄명령이 이루어진 영업장소에서 같은 종류의 영업을 할 수 없다.
