공유재산 및 물품 관리법 제77조(불용품 처분의 요청)

지방자치단체의 장은 불용품 중 제63조에 따른 물품 소관의 전환, 양여 또는 매각 등에 의하여 처분이 되지 아니하는 불용품이 있으면 조달청장에게 그 처분을 요청할 수 있다. 다만, 재활용이 가능한 불용품은 조달청장에게 무상으로 양여할 수 있다. <개정 2010.2.4, 2021.4.20>
