공유재산 및 물품 관리법 제22조(사용료)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 행정재산을 사용허가한 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 요율(料率)과 계산방법에 따라 매년 사용료를 징수한다. 다만, 연간 사용료가 대통령령으로 정하는 금액 이하인 경우에는 사용허가기간의 사용료를 일시에 통합 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2021.4.20>

② 제1항에 따른 사용료는 그 전액을 대통령령으로 정하는 기간에 한꺼번에 내야 한다. 다만, 사용료 전액을 한꺼번에 내는 것이 곤란하다고 인정되어 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 1년 만기 정기예금 금리수준을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 이자를 붙여 분할납부하게 할 수 있다.
