공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제73조(사용)

① 물품운용관 또는 물품사용공무원은 법 제72조 단서에 따른 물품의 출납명령을 요청할 때에는 그 요청하려는 물품의 물품분류번호, 품명, 규격, 수량 및 용도를 명백히 하여야 한다.

② 물품운용관(물품운용관을 두지 않는 경우에는 물품관리관)은 그 소속 공무원에게 물품을 사용하게 하는 경우에는 그 물품을 사용하는 공무원을 명백히 하여야 한다.
