물품관리관은 물품을 사용하게 하기 위하여 출납명령을 한 때에는 그 사용 목적을 명백히 하여 그 사실을 물품운용관에게 알려야 하고, 물품운용관을 두지 아니한 경우에는 물품을 사용하는 공무원(이하 "물품사용공무원"이라 한다)에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 물품운용관 또는 물품사용공무원의 요청에 따라 출납명령을 한 경우에는 예외로 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>
