공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제67조(물품관리사무의 전산화)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제66조에 따라 전산처리 설비로 물품관리를 전산화하려는 경우에는 전산 개발과 입출력 자료의 공동이용 및 처리 방식에 관하여 행정안전부장관과 미리 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 지방자치단체의 장은 물품을 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 물품에 전자태그를 붙여 관리하여야 한다. 이 경우 지방자치단체의 장은 전자태그를 붙인 물품의 관리방법과 그 밖에 필요한 사항에 관하여 행정안전부장관이 정한 기준에 따라 그 물품을 관리할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2013.6.21, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>
