공무직위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제5조(위원의 임기)

① 제4조제2항제2호ㆍ제3호 및 같은 조 제5항제3호ㆍ제4호에 따른 위원(이하 "위촉위원"이라 한다)의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 연임할 수 있다. 다만, 위원회와 실무위원회의 위원장, 제4조제2항제1호 및 같은 조 제5항제1호ㆍ제2호에 따른 위원의 임기는 그 재직 기간으로 한다.

② 위원의 사임 등으로 새로 위촉된 위원의 임기는 전임위원 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 a어 member멤버 newly눌리 commissioned커미션드 due두 to투 resignation^r레저그네이션 of어^v브 a어 member멤버 or오 the^ð더 like라이크 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 remainder^r리메인더 of어^v브 the^ð더 predecessor's프^r레더세서즈 term.텀

③ 위촉위원은 제1항에 따른 임기가 만료된 경우에도 후임위원이 위촉될 때까지 그 직무를 수행할 수 있다.
