Public Officials Disaster Compensation Act, Article 40 (Loss and Transfer of the Right to Receive Disability Survivors' Pensions, etc.)

① 장해유족연금, 순직유족연금 또는 위험직무순직유족연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당할 때에는 그 권리를 상실한다. <개정 2024.3.19>

② 장해유족연금, 순직유족연금 또는 위험직무순직유족연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 그 권리를 상실한 경우에 같은 순위자가 있을 때에는 그 같은 순위자에게 그 권리가 이전되고, 같은 순위자가 없을 때에는 다음 순위자에게 그 권리가 이전된다.
