공무원 재해보상법 제41조(행방불명자에게 지급할 장해유족연금 등)

장해유족연금, 순직유족연금 또는 위험직무순직유족연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 1년 이상 행방불명된 경우에는 같은 순위자의 청구에 의하여 그 행방불명된 기간에 해당하는 연금을 같은 순위자에게 지급할 수 있고, 같은 순위자가 없을 때에는 다음 순위자의 청구에 의하여 그 행방불명된 기간에 해당하는 연금을 다음 순위자에게 지급할 수 있다.
