공무원의 노동조합 설립 및 운영 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(공무원 노동관계 조정위원회의 구성)

① 법 제14조제2항에 따른 공무원 노동관계 조정위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 공익위원 중 1명은 상근(常勤)으로 한다.

② 중앙노동위원회 위원장은 법 제14조제3항에 따라 공익위원을 추천할 때 관련 기관 또는 단체의 의견을 들을 수 있다.

③ 법 제15조에 따른 소위원회(이하 "소위원회"라 한다)의 위원장은 소위원회의 위원 중에서 위원회의 위원장이 중앙노동위원회의 위원장과 협의하여 지명하는 사람이 되며, 소위원회의 위원장은 소위원회의 의장이 된다.
