공무원연금법 제87조(심사의 청구)

① 급여에 관한 결정, 기여금의 징수, 그 밖에 이 법에 따른 급여에 관하여 이의가 있는 사람은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 「공무원 재해보상법」 제52조에 따른 공무원재해보상연금위원회에 심사를 청구할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 심사 청구는 급여에 관한 결정 등이 있었던 날부터 180일, 그 사실을 안 날부터 90일 이내에 하여야 한다. 다만, 정당한 사유가 있어 그 기간에 심사 청구를 할 수 없었던 것을 증명한 경우는 예외로 한다.

③ 급여에 관한 결정, 기여금의 징수, 그 밖에 이 법에 따른 급여에 관하여는 「행정심판법」에 따른 행정심판을 청구할 수 없다.
