공무원연금법 제59조(비공무상 장해연금 또는 장해일시금)

① 공무원이 공무 외의 사유로 생긴 질병 또는 부상으로 인하여 장해상태가 되어 퇴직하였을 때 또는 퇴직 후에 그 질병 또는 부상으로 인하여 장해상태로 되었을 때에는 다음 각 호의 장해등급에 따라 비공무상 장해연금 또는 장해일시금을 지급한다.

(1) Where웨어 a어 public퍼블릭 official어^f피실 comes컴즈 to투 be비 in인 a어 state스테잇 of어^v브 disability디서빌리티 due두 to투 an앤 illness일니스 or오 injury인저^r리 arising어^r라이징 from^f프^r럼 reasons^r리즌즈 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 official어^f피실 duty두티 and앤드 retires,^r리타이어즈 or오 comes컴즈 to투 be비 in인 a어 state스테잇 of어^v브 disability디서빌리티 due두 to투 that^ð댓 illness일니스 or오 injury인저^r리 after애^f프터 retirement,^r리타이어먼트 a어 non-duty-related난-두티-^r릴레이티드 disability디서빌리티 annuity어누어티 or오 lump-sum럼프-섬 disability디서빌리티 allowance얼라원스 shall섈 be비 paid페이드 according어코딩 to투 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 grades그^r레이즈 of어^v브 disability:디서빌리티

② 제1항제1호의 등급에 해당하는 비공무상 장해연금의 금액은 기준소득월액에 다음 각 호의 등급에 따른 비율을 곱한 금액으로 한다.

(2) The^ð디 amount어마운트 of어^v브 the^ð더 non-duty-related난-두티-^r릴레이티드 disability디서빌리티 annuity어누어티 corresponding코^r러스판딩 to투 the^ð더 grades그^r레이즈 in인 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) 1 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 standard스탠더드 monthly먼^θ슬리 income인컴 multiplied멀터플라이드 by바이 the^ð더 ratio^r레이쉬오우 according어코딩 to투 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 grades:그^r레이즈

③ 제1항제2호의 등급에 해당하는 비공무상 장해일시금의 금액은 기준소득월액의 2.25배로 한다.

(3) The^ð디 amount어마운트 of어^v브 the^ð더 lump-sum럼프-섬 non-duty-related난-두티-^r릴레이티드 disability디서빌리티 allowance얼라원스 corresponding코^r러스판딩 to투 the^ð더 grades그^r레이즈 in인 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) 2 shall섈 be비 2.25 times타임즈 the^ð더 standard스탠더드 monthly먼^θ슬리 income.인컴

④ 제1항 각 호에 따른 장해등급의 구분은 대통령령으로 정한다.
