공공단체등 위탁선거에 관한 법률 제77조(위탁선거에 관한 신고 등)

① 이 법 또는 이 법의 시행을 위한 중앙선거관리위원회규칙에 따라 선거기간 중 선거관리위원회에 대하여 행하는 신고ㆍ신청ㆍ제출ㆍ보고 등은 이 법에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 공휴일에도 불구하고 매일 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지 하여야 한다.

② 각급선거관리위원회는 이 법 또는 이 법의 시행을 위한 중앙선거관리위원회규칙에 따른 신고ㆍ신청ㆍ제출ㆍ보고 등을 해당 선거관리위원회가 제공하는 서식에 따라 컴퓨터의 자기디스크나 그 밖에 이와 유사한 매체에 기록하여 제출하게 하거나 해당 선거관리위원회가 지정하는 인터넷 홈페이지에 입력하는 방법으로 제출하게 할 수 있다.
