공공단체등 위탁선거에 관한 법률 제70조의2(기소ㆍ판결에 관한 통지)

① 위탁선거에 관한 범죄로 당선인, 후보자, 후보자의 배우자 또는 직계존비속을 기소한 때에는 관할위원회에 이를 통지하여야 한다.

② 제58조, 제59조, 제61조부터 제66조까지의 범죄에 대한 확정판결을 행한 재판장은 그 판결서등본을 관할위원회에 송부하여야 한다.
