공공단체등 위탁선거에 관한 법률 제30조의2(선거일 후보자 소개 및 소견발표)

① 제24조제3항제2호 및 제3호에 따른 조합장선거, 이사장선거 또는 중앙회장선거에서 투표관리관 또는 투표관리관이 지정하는 사람(이하 이 조에서 "투표관리관등"이라 한다)은 선거일 또는 제52조에 따른 결선투표일(제24조제3항제3호에 따른 중앙회장선거에 한정한다)에 투표를 개시하기 전에 투표소 또는 총회나 대의원회가 개최되는 장소(이하 이 조에서 "투표소등"이라 한다)에서 선거인에게 기호순에 따라 각 후보자를 소개하고 후보자로 하여금 조합 또는 금고 운영에 대한 자신의 소견을 발표하게 하여야 한다. 이 경우 발표시간은 후보자마다 10분의 범위에서 동일하게 배정하여야 한다. <개정 2017.12.26, 2023.8.8>

② 후보자가 자신의 소견발표 순서가 될 때까지 투표소등에 도착하지 아니한 때에는 소견발표를 포기한 것으로 본다.

③ 투표관리관등은 후보자가 제61조 또는 제62조에 위반되는 발언을 하는 때에는 이의 중지를 명하여야 하고 후보자가 이에 따르지 아니하는 때에는 소견발표를 중지시키는 등 필요한 조치를 취하여야 한다.

④ 투표관리관등은 투표소등에서 후보자가 소견을 발표하는 것을 방해하거나 질서를 문란하게 하는 사람이 있는 때에는 이를 제지하고, 그 명령에 불응하는 때에는 투표소등 밖으로 퇴장시킬 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항에 따른 후보자 소개 및 소견발표 진행, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정한다.
