공공단체등 위탁선거에 관한 법률 제16조(명부 열람 및 이의신청과 결정)

① 위탁단체는 선거인명부를 작성한 때에는 선거인명부작성기간만료일의 다음 날부터 3일간 선거권자가 선거인명부를 열람할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 이 경우 선거인명부의 열람은 공휴일에도 불구하고 매일 오전 9시부터 오후 6시까지 할 수 있다. <개정 2024.1.30>

② 선거권자는 누구든지 선거인명부에 누락 또는 오기가 있거나 자격이 없는 선거인이 올라 있다고 인정되면 열람기간 내에 구술 또는 서면으로 해당 위탁단체에 이의를 신청할 수 있다.

③ 위탁단체는 제2항의 이의신청이 있는 경우에는 이의신청을 받은 날의 다음 날까지 이를 심사ㆍ결정하되, 그 신청이 이유가 있다고 결정한 때에는 즉시 선거인명부를 정정하고 관할위원회ㆍ신청인ㆍ관계인에게 통지하여야 하며, 이유 없다고 결정한 때에는 그 사유를 신청인에게 통지하여야 한다.
