공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 제9조(측량기준점표지의 보호)

① 누구든지 측량기준점표지를 이전ㆍ파손하거나 그 효용을 해치는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.

③ 제2항에 따른 신청을 받은 측량기준점표지의 설치자는 측량기준점표지를 이전하지 아니하고 제2항에 따른 신청인의 목적을 달성할 수 있는 경우를 제외하고는 그 측량기준점표지를 이전하여야 하며, 그 측량기준점표지를 이전하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 사유를 제2항에 따른 신청인에게 알려야 한다.

④ 제3항에 따른 측량기준점표지의 이전에 드는 비용은 제2항에 따른 신청인이 부담한다. 다만, 측량기준점표지 중 국가기준점표지의 이전에 드는 비용은 설치자가 부담한다. <개정 2013.7.17, 2020.2.18>
