Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 6-4 (Requests for Submission of Performance of Surveying Services, etc. and Issuance of Confirmations)

① 국토교통부장관은 법 제10조의2제3항에 따라 측량업자에게 다음 각 호의 자료를 2월 15일(제5호의 자료는 법인의 경우는 4월 15일, 개인은 6월 15일)까지 같은 조 제1항에 따른 측량업정보 종합관리체계 운영기관인 공간정보산업협회(「공간정보산업 진흥법」 제24조에 따라 설립된 공간정보산업협회를 말한다. 이하 같다)의 장에게 제출하도록 매년 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2017.1.31, 2021.8.27>
