Enforcement Rule of the Employment Insurance Act, Article 70 (Loans of Costs for Vocational Skills Development Training Facilities, etc.)

① 영 제48조제1항에 따른 직업능력개발훈련시설(이하 "훈련시설"이라 한다)의 설치에 필요한 비용의 대부를 받을 수 있는 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로 한다. <개정 2017.8.29, 2020.12.10>

1. 훈련시설을 건축하려는 자 또는 건축 중인 자로서 다음 각 목의 요건을 모두 갖춘 자

가. 훈련시설 부지의 소유권자 또는 훈련시설의 부지를 15년 이상 사용가능하도록 등기를 마친 지상권자

나. 대부신청일부터 1년 이내에 훈련시설의 건축 착공이 가능한 자 또는 대부신청 당시 행정관청으로부터 훈련시설에 대한 사용검사증명서를 받지 아니한 자

가. 「감정평가 및 감정평가사에 관한 법률」 제2조제4호에 따른 감정평가법인등으로부터 구입대상 건물의 구입시점을 기준으로 향후 10년 이상 사용할 수 있다는 확인을 받은 자

나. 구입건물에 대한 대지의 소유권을 취득하였거나 취득예정인 자나, 구입건물의 대지를 30년 이상 사용가능하도록 등기를 마친 지상권자

(b)비 They^ð데이 shall섈 have해^v브 acquired어콰이어드 or오 be비 scheduled스케줄드 to투 acquire어콰이어 ownership오우너쉽 of어^v브 the^ð더 site사잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 purchased퍼치스트 building,빌딩 or오 be비 a어 superficiary수퍼^f피셔^r리 who후 has해즈 completed컴플리티드 registration^r레지스트^r레이션 to투 be비 able에이블 to투 use유스 the^ð더 site사잇 of어^v브 the^ð더 purchased퍼치스트 building빌딩 for^f포 30 years이어즈 or오 longer.롱거

② 영 제48조제1항에 따른 비용의 대부대상은 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」 제2조제1호에 따른 직업능력개발훈련에 필요한 훈련시설이나 그 밖의 편의시설 또는 장비로 한다. <개정 2022.2.17>

③ 대부금액은 훈련시설의 설치와 장비를 구입하는 데 드는 비용에 100분의 90을 곱한 금액으로 하되, 60억원을 한도로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 loan론 amount어마운트 shall섈 be비 the^ð디 amount어마운트 obtained어브테인드 by바이 multiplying멀터플라이잉 the^ð더 costs카스츠 of어^v브 establishing이스태블리슁 training트^r레이닝 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 and앤드 purchasing퍼처싱 equipment이큅먼트 by바이 90/100, up업 to투 a어 limit리밋 of어^v브 six식스 billion빌리언 won.원

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정 외에 대부금 지급과 정산 등 대부에 관하여 필요한 사항은 고용노동부장관이 정한다. <개정 2010.7.12>
