고등ㆍ평생교육지원특별회계법 제6조(일반회계로부터의 전입)

① 정부는 「교육세법」에 따른 교육세 중 해당 회계연도의 예산으로 정하는 금액을 일반회계로부터 특별회계에 전입한다.

② 제1항에 따른 전입금은 「교육세법」 제3조제1호에 따른 금융ㆍ보험업자에 대하여 부과ㆍ징수되는 교육세 세입 예산액으로 한다. <개정 2025.12.23>

③ 정부는 제5조의 사업을 위하여 제1항의 전입금 외에 예산에서 정하는 금액을 일반회계로부터 특별회계에 전입한다.
