Special Act on the Preservation and Promotion of Ancient Capitals, Article 5 (Central Deliberation Committee on Preservation and Promotion of Ancient Capitals)

① 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하고 보존육성사업과 주민지원사업을 효율적으로 추진하기 위하여 국가유산청에 고도보존육성중앙심의위원회(이하 "중앙심의위원회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2011.7.21, 2024.2.13>

1. 제7조에 따른 고도의 지정에 관한 사항

② 중앙심의위원회는 위원장 1명, 부위원장 2명을 포함한 20명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2011.7.21>

③ 중앙심의위원회의 위원장은 국가유산청장이 되고 부위원장은 국토교통부장관과 국가유산청장이 각각 지명하는 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원이 된다. <개정 2009.5.8, 2011.7.21, 2013.3.23, 2024.2.13>

④ 중앙심의위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 국가유산청장이 임명하거나 위촉한다. 이 경우 행정안전부장관, 문화체육관광부장관 및 기획예산처장관이 각각 지명하는 공무원은 당연직 위원으로 한다. <신설 2009.5.8, 2011.7.21, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2023.8.8, 2024.2.13, 2025.10.1>
