경찰관 직무집행법 시행령 제19조(보상금심사위원회의 구성 및 심사사항 등)

① 법 제11조의3제2항에 따라 경찰청, 해양경찰청, 시ㆍ도경찰청, 지방해양경찰청, 경찰서 또는 해양경찰서에 두는 보상금심사위원회의 위원장은 해당 기관 소속 과장급 이상의 경찰관 중에서 경찰청장, 해양경찰청장, 시ㆍ도경찰청장, 지방해양경찰청장, 경찰서장 또는 해양경찰서장(이하 "경찰청장등"이라 한다)이 임명하는 사람으로 한다. <개정 2024.9.19>
