Regulations on Education and Training of Police Officials, Article 34 (Guidance and Supervision of Commissioned Education and Training Participants)

① 경찰청장은 위탁교육훈련의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 위탁교육훈련 대상자의 교육훈련 상황을 정기 또는 수시로 파악하여 훈련 및 복무에 필요한 지도ㆍ감독을 해야 한다.

② 위탁교육훈련 대상자는 훈련의 목적을 달성하도록 노력하고 다음 각 호의 사항을 준수해야 한다.

③ 위탁교육훈련 대상자는 위탁교육훈련기간 중 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하게 된 경우에는 경찰청장에게 즉시 보고하고 그 지시에 따라야 한다.
