결핵예방법 제8조의2(요양급여비용 심사 등의 정지 요청)

① 질병관리청장은 의사 또는 의료기관의 장이 제8조에 따른 신고를 하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 의사 또는 의료기관의 장이 신고할 때까지 「국민건강보험법」에 따른 건강보험심사평가원 및 국민건강보험공단에게 「국민건강보험법」 제47조에 따른 요양급여비용에 관한 심사 및 지급을 정지할 것을 요청하여 결핵환자등과 잠복결핵감염자에 대하여 제20조에 따른 결핵 치료에 드는 비용 지원을 보류할 수 있다. <개정 2020.8.11>
