건축사법 시행령 제6조의8(건축사 자격시험의 응시절차 등)

① 법 제14조제1항에 따른 건축사 자격시험에 응시하려는 사람은 국토교통부령으로 정하는 건축사 자격시험 응시원서를 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 제11조제1항에 따른 건축사 자격시험의 합격기준을 충족하는 합격예정자는 다음 각 호의 서류를 국토교통부장관에게 제출해야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>

③ 제2항에 따라 서류를 받은 국토교통부장관은 합격예정자가 외국인인 경우 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 「출입국관리법」 제88조에 따른 외국인등록 사실증명을 확인하여야 한다. 다만, 합격예정자가 확인에 동의하지 아니하는 경우에는 그 서류를 첨부하도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2018.9.28>
