건축사법 시행령 제21조(건축사의 보험 또는 공제 가입)

① 법 제20조제3항에 따른 보험 또는 공제의 가입기간, 가입대상 및 가입금액은 다음 각 호와 같다.

② 건축사가 건축물의 설계 및 공사감리 계약을 체결할 때에는 보험증서 또는 공제증서를 건축주에게 제출하여야 한다.

③ 제1항과 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 보험 또는 공제의 가입금액 산출방법, 가입절차 등에 관하여 필요한 세부 사항은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
