Act on the Promotion of Recycling of Construction Wastes, Article 10 (Building and Using a Construction Waste Information Management System)

① 기후에너지환경부장관은 건설폐기물의 친환경적인 처리 및 재활용을 촉진하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 조치를 마련하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

1. 다음 각 목에 관한 정보관리체계(이하 "건설폐기물 정보관리체계"라 한다)의 구축

2. 그 밖에 건설폐기물의 재활용 촉진을 위하여 필요한 조치

② 기후에너지환경부장관은 건설폐기물을 친환경적으로 적절하게 처리할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 제1항제1호 각 목의 정보를 해당 정보가 필요한 자에게 제공할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 정보를 이용하는 자에게 수수료를 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2020.5.26, 2025.10.1>

③ 기후에너지환경부장관은 건설폐기물 정보관리체계를 구축할 때 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 공공기관 등 관련기관의 장에게 필요한 자료 또는 정보의 제공을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
