개별소비세법 제23조의3(금전등록기의 설치)

① 과세유흥장소의 경영자로서 대통령령으로 정하는 자는 금전등록기를 설치ㆍ사용하고 금전등록기로 영수증을 발급할 수 있다. 이 경우에는 제23조의2에 따른 영수증을 발급한 것으로 본다.
