Act on the Registration, etc. of Family Relationships, Article 79 (Reports of Designation and Change of the Person with Parental Authority, etc.)

① 부모가 「민법」 제909조제4항에 따라 친권자를 정한 때에는 1개월 이내에 그 사실을 신고하여야 한다. 부모 중 일방이 신고하는 경우에는 그 사실을 증명하는 서면을 첨부하여야 한다.

② 다음 각 호의 재판이 확정된 경우에는 그 재판을 청구한 사람이나 그 재판으로 친권자 또는 그 임무를 대행할 사람으로 정하여진 사람이 그 내용을 신고하여야 한다. 이 경우 신고기간, 신고서의 첨부서류 등에 관하여는 제58조를 준용한다. <개정 2013.7.30, 2014.10.15>
