1. 정보공개서나 그 밖의 신청서류에 거짓이 있거나 필요한 내용을 적지 아니한 경우

3. 제6조의2제1항에 따라 정보공개서를 신규로 등록하는 경우 등록 신청일 현재 정보공개서에 기재된 가맹사업과 영업표지가 동일하고 같은 품질기준이나 영업방식에 따라 상품이나 용역을 판매하는 직영점이 없거나, 그 운영기간(해당 직영점을 가맹본부가 운영하기 전에 가맹본부의 임원이 운영한 경우 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원이 운영한 기간도 직영점 운영기간으로 본다)이 1년 미만인 경우. 다만, 가맹본부가 가맹사업의 영위를 위하여 관련 법령에 따라 허가ㆍ면허를 받아야 하는 등 직영점 운영이 불필요하다고 인정되는 사유로 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 이 규정을 적용하지 아니한다.
