가맹사업거래의 공정화에 관한 법률 제37조(「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」의 준용)

①이 법에 의한 공정거래위원회의 조사ㆍ심의ㆍ의결 및 시정권고에 관하여는 「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제64조부터 제68조까지, 제81조제1항ㆍ제2항ㆍ제3항ㆍ제6항ㆍ제9항, 제93조, 제95조부터 제97조까지 및 제101조를 준용한다. <개정 2007.8.3, 2016.12.20, 2020.12.29>

②이 법에 의한 과징금의 부과ㆍ징수에 관하여는 「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제103조부터 제107조까지의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2004.12.31, 2007.8.3, 2013.8.13, 2020.12.29>

④이 법에 의한 직무에 종사하거나 종사하였던 공정거래위원회의 위원, 공무원 또는 협의회에서 가맹사업거래에 관한 분쟁의 조정업무를 담당하거나 담당하였던 자 및 제34조의3에 따른 동의의결의 이행관리 업무를 담당하거나 담당하였던 사람에 대하여는 「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제119조를 준용한다. <개정 2020.12.29, 2022.1.4>

⑤ 제34조의3에 따른 동의의결의 이행관리 업무를 담당하거나 담당하였던 사람에 대하여는 「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제123조제2항을 준용한다. <신설 2022.1.4>
