가맹사업거래의 공정화에 관한 법률 제18조(공익을 대표하는 위원의 위촉제한)

①공익을 대표하는 위원은 위촉일 현재 가맹본부 또는 가맹점사업자의 임원ㆍ직원으로 있는 자중에서 위촉될 수 없다.

②공정거래위원회 위원장 및 시ㆍ도지사는 공익을 대표하는 위원으로 위촉받은 자가 가맹본부 또는 가맹점사업자의 임원ㆍ직원으로 된 때에는 즉시 해촉하여야 한다. <개정 2007.8.3, 2018.3.27>
