환경범죄 등의 단속 및 가중처벌에 관한 법률 제5조(과실범)

① 업무상 과실 또는 중대한 과실로 제3조제1항의 죄를 범한 자는 7년 이하의 징역 또는 1억원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2015.2.3>

② 업무상 과실 또는 중대한 과실로 제3조제2항 또는 제4조제3항의 죄를 범한 자는 10년 이하의 징역 또는 1억5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2015.2.3>
