협동조합 기본법 제60조(「민법」 등의 준용)
협동조합의 해산과 청산에 관하여는 「민법」 제79조, 제81조, 제87조, 제88조제1항ㆍ제2항, 제89조부터 제92조까지, 제93조제1항ㆍ제2항 및 「비송사건절차법」 제121조를 준용한다.
