한부모가족지원법 시행령 제17조(복지 자금의 상환방법 등)

①법 제13조에 따라 복지 자금을 대여받은 사람은 성평등가족부장관이 정하는 상환기준에 따라 상환하여야 한다. <개정 1994.12.23, 2005.6.23, 2008.1.15, 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2014.7.21, 2025.10.1>

③제1항에 따라 복지 자금을 상환하여야 할 사람이 거주지를 다른 특별자치시ㆍ특별자치도ㆍ시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구를 말한다)로 이동한 경우에는 전 거주지를 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제2항에 따른 서류를 지체없이 신거주지를 관할하는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 송부(전자문서에 의한 송부를 포함한다)하고 그 내용을 취급금융기관에 통지(취급금융기관이 원하는 경우에는 전자문서에 의한 통지를 포함한다)하여야 한다. <개정 1999.4.24, 2007.12.31, 2008.1.15, 2010.8.11, 2014.7.21>
