한부모가족지원법 시행령 제16조(복지 자금의 대여절차 등)

①법 제13조에 따른 복지 자금의 대여를 받으려는 사람은 성평등가족부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 복지자금대여신청서를 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1994.12.23, 1999.4.24, 2005.6.23, 2008.1.15, 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2010.8.11, 2012.7.24, 2014.7.21, 2025.10.1>

②특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항의 복지 자금의 대여신청이 있는 경우 지체없이 대여여부를 결정하여 신청인에게 통지하고 대여대상자로 선정된 사람에 대한 대여내용을 복지 자금의 대여를 취급하는 금융기관(이하 "취급금융기관"이라 한다)에 통지하여야 한다. <개정 2008.1.5, 2010.8.11, 2014.7.21>
