Korea Scholarship Foundation Establishment Act, Article 23-2 (Operation of Surplus Funds)
재단은 관리하는 계정별로 여유자금이 있을 때에는 다음 각 호의 방법으로 운용할 수 있다.
Where there are surplus funds in each account it manages, the Foundation may manage them by the following methods:
1. 금융회사등에의 예치
1. Deposit in financial companies, etc.;
2. 국채ㆍ지방채 및 정부가 지급을 보증하는 채권의 매입
2. Purchase of government bonds, local government bonds, and bonds the payment of which is guaranteed by the Government; and
3. 그 밖에 여유자금의 운용을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 방법
3. Other methods prescribed by Presidential Decree for operating surplus funds.
