한국교육방송공사법 제20조(예산의 편성)

①공사의 예산은 사장이 편성하고 이사회의 심의ㆍ의결로 확정한다. 예산이 확정된 후 제22조에 따른 운영계획의 변경 등 불가피한 사유로 예산을 변경하는 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2015.12.1>

② 사장은 예산이 확정된 후(제1항 단서에 따라 예산이 변경된 경우를 포함한다) 2개월 이내에 제22조에 따른 운영계획을 첨부하여 방송통신위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2015.12.1>
