한강수계 상수원수질개선 및 주민지원 등에 관한 법률 제11조의4(친환경 청정사업의 지원)

① 잠실수중보 상류지역을 관할하는 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 수질오염을 최소화하면서 지속가능한 지역발전을 유도하는 사업(이하 "친환경 청정사업"이라 한다)에 관한 계획을 수립ㆍ시행할 수 있다. 이 경우 제24조에 따른 한강수계관리위원회의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2019.11.26>

② 한강수계관리위원회는 「산림자원의 조성 및 관리에 관한 법률」 제2조에 따른 산림면적, 한강수계 유역면적 등 상수원의 수질보전에 기여한다고 인정되는 배분요소를 고려하여 친환경 청정사업 지원에 대한 배분원칙을 정한다.
