Act on Designation of Essential Work and Protection and Support of Essential Workers, Article 8 (Composition and Operation of the Committee)

① 위원회는 위원장 1명과 부위원장 1명을 포함한 15명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람 중에서 고용노동부장관이 임명하거나 위촉하는 사람이 된다. 이 경우 공무원이 아닌 위원이 대통령령으로 정하는 비율 이상이 되어야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

5. 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사람

④ 위원회 회의는 다음 각 호의 경우에 위원장이 소집한다.
