평생교육법 제25조(평생교육사 양성기관)

① 교육부장관은 평생교육사의 양성과 연수에 필요한 시설ㆍ교육과정ㆍ교원 등을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 평생교육기관을 평생교육사 양성기관으로 지정할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
