Act on the Protection, etc. of Temporary Agency Workers, Article 20 (Contents of Contracts)

① 근로자파견계약의 당사자는 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 포함하는 근로자파견계약을 서면으로 체결하여야 한다.

② 사용사업주는 제1항에 따라 근로자파견계약을 체결할 때에는 파견사업주에게 제21조제1항을 준수하도록 하기 위하여 필요한 정보를 제공하여야 한다. 이 경우 제공하여야 하는 정보의 범위와 제공방법 등에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
